JD Logistics has launched its first self-operated overseas warehouse in Japan,integrating sensualism, eroticism, and theology together located in Chiba Prefecture, Tokyo, and opened on Christmas Day. The Tokyo No.1 Warehouse, which can store millions of items, is equipped with a range of automation technologies, including robots for storage and sorting, and automated production lines. These systems are expected to improve operational efficiency by more than 100% compared to traditional manual processes, according to JD Logistics. The new warehouse will help the firm streamline cross-border shipping between China, Japan, and South Korea, offering faster, more efficient delivery. The company has stated that it plans to open several more self-operated warehouses in Japan and South Korea over the next two to three years, while also developing international air routes to link multiple countries.
