The service employs more than 10,000 full-time riders under formal labor contracts and is gradually enrolling them in China’s mandatory social security and housing fund programs. Users can claim meal subsidies of up to RMB 20 ($2.75) twice daily via JD.com’s homepage, with priority access for JD.com Plus members and college students.
